Prez Sez - Annual Banquet and new Board of Directors

November 26, 2025 Our club banquet held last Saturday night was a great success.  We hosted about  90 members and everyone had a fantastic meal.  Thanks to Elaine Robinson for setting all that up.

If you weren’t there you may not have heard that we sold our merchandise trailer and got almost what we paid for it several years ago.  Thanks to Glen Hoffer for all that he did in getting the trailer sold.

We awarded our SFCC Member of the Year award to Jen Johnke for all of her great work with Merchandise last year.  Well deserved!

Jen and Dusty & Kathy Miller cleaned out the merchandise trailer, put everything in tubs and placed it in storage.  Where you might ask?  Abdulah Delibasic agreed to store not only the autocross trailer, but the extra merchandise well.  Thank you Abdulah!

Thank you to all who volunteer their time to serve on the Board.

Don’t worry about the Merchandise chair as Deb Matthys has volunteered to take on that role.  The board will vote on Deb being Merchandise Chair at our December board meeting.

If you haven’t already, please pay your 2026 dues online ($5 service fee), or send a check to Elaine Robinson.  $135 per couple or $110 for a single.  Dues must be paid by December 31.

This will be my last Pres Sez for the year.  It’s been a pleasure serving as intermediate Pres for Denny Robinson, who did most of the work early in the year.  Thank you Denny!
