June 20, 2025 We went to Mitchell for this month’s board meeting, inviting the whole club, to see Past President Denny & Treasurer Elaine. Had a great meal and spent time with friends at Bradley’s Pub & Grille near the Corn Palace. Not much business took place, but Glen Hoffer was voted as our new Sargent at Arms. Thanks Glen! Bradley’s did a fantastic job and had a great private room for us to meet. Our September 9 Drive & Dine will go to Bradley’s so if you missed last night you’ll want to plan for that one for sure!

Chevrolet just unveiled the Corvette ZR1X (pictured above) to go with the already amazing ZR1. They both have 1250 horsepower combining the engine with twin turbos.
Chevrolet says the ZR1 can move so much air volume, it could aspirate an entire Olympic-size swimming pool in four minutes!
The ZR1X adds a 186 horsepower electric motor to the front wheels allowing it to go from 0 to 60 in under 2 seconds!

July 8, Tuesday:
Drive & Dine to Chub’s Pub and Grub, Larchwood. Depart Farmers Market area of Falls Park in Sioux Falls at 5:30 PM. We’ll take a few backroads along the Sioux River to Larchwood.
July 16 – 20:
Black Hills Corvette Classic. Registration at Jerry’s in Beresford the morning of Wednesday, July 16, Hot Summer Nights and Corvette Car Show at the W.H. Lyons Fairground that evening, caravan to Al’s Oasis Thursday morning then on to Spearfish!
August 13, Wednesday:
Summer picnic at Farmers Market at Falls Park in Sioux Falls, 6:00-9:00 PM.
August 26, Tuesday:
Drive & Dine to Waddy’s in Hudson. Depart the theatre parking lot at Dawley Farms at 5:30 PM for a scenic route to Hudson.
Sept. 9, Tuesday:
Drive & Dine to Bradley’s Pub & Grill in Mitchell. Depart the east parking lot of the Ramkota at 5:30 PM.
Sept. TBD:
Drive & Dine to Hillside Resort on Lake Madison for the resort Car Show. More info coming.
